Perused the impugned order dated 17.02.2016 passed by 3rd A.D.J., Motihari, East Champaran in Probate Case No.4 of 2009 whereby the learned Court below has allowed the amendment petition dated 03.12.2015.

I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order and accordingly, it is dismissed.
