JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the dead body of the son of the informant was found hanging with a tree. Informant suspected that the petitioners and others have committed the murder. The postmortem report would reveal that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased.

Submission is that this might be a case of suicide and the police did not send up the petitioners for trial after

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45468 of 2017 (4) dt.11-01-2018 conclusion of investigation.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Adhoura Police Station Case No.15 of 2017, G.R.No.888 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
