====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 24-03-2021 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the State.

Due to inadvertent typographical error instead of "Late Ram Sharan Singh", father's name of the petitioner in the bail application has wrongly been typed as "Late Rameshwar Singh". It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner that the said error, occurred in the petition, has obviously found reflection in the order dated 22.2.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39602 of 2020, whereby petitioner's prayer for bail was allowed. Having gone through the records of the bail application, this Court would find that in the FIR and vakalatnama the name of petitioner's father has been mentioned as "Late Ram Sharan Singh". The submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner appears to be correct.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18763 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 Father's name of the petitioner in the order dated 22.2.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39602 of 2020, may be read as "Late Ram Sharan Singh".

The order dated 22.2.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39602 of 2020 stands modified.
