KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Sonpur Rail P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal The allegation against the petitioner is for manufacturing forged and fabricated documents in Court premises and also using forged documents as a security for grant of bail in the said railway Court premises, Sonpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against him and nothing specific has been mentioned and has got clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2017.
