====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Suiya P. S. Case No.75 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Altogether 283.875 litres of illicit liquor of several brands was recovered from a vehicle with which petitioner has no concern.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2020 and he is a person with clean antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

No.25756 of 2021(2) dt.18-11-2021 2/2 Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II, Banka in connection with Suiya P. S. Case No.75 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
