Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) (c) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each

No.14830 of 2019(3) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bathnaha Police Station Case No.53 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
