JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 192 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsels appearing for the petitioner submits that in this case charge has been framed on 08.08.2017 as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
