====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard Sri Shiwesh Chandra Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ram Anurag Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 13.12.2017 in Akwarnagar P.S. Case No.89 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code, subsequently Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that save and except confessional statement of co-accused, there is no other material to connect the petitioner in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition to show that the

Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Prem Paswan @ Prem Kumar Paswan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Akwarnagar P.S. Case No.89 of 2017.
