This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Harnaut P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is specific allegation against him of torture and demand of dowry, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
