Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2017. He was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. Some other co-accused have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23718 of 2018 (2) dt.25-04-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sikandra Police Station Case No.117 of 2013, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
