ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No.9 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petitioners are the married sisters of the deceased's husband and they have nothing to do with the allegations as made by the informant.Learned counsel further submits that the marriage of petitioner Nos.1 and 2 was solemnized long ago in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20430 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 year 2000 and 2006 respectively and have been living separately in their Sasurals.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that there is no specific allegation against them, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, District-Gopalganj, in connection with Bishambharpur P.S. Case No.9 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
