The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is stated in para-3 of the bail application that petitioner has six criminal antecedent but on perusal of case diary of para-154, it appears that petitioner is having one more criminal antecedent.

Without going into the merits of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the ground of suppression of fact. Accordingly, bail application of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 257 of 2014 pending before the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Siwan.
