JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,307,379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting the son and brother in law (Debar) of the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that except one injury other injuries have been found to be simple though grievous injury has been found to have been caused by sharp cutting weapon whereas the accusation is of assault by lathi. It is further submitted that the accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute.
The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20459 of 2015 (2) dt.01-05-2015 2/2 of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Udakishunganj.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
