18-06-2015 Heard Sri Vivekanand Vivek, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case no. 57 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 409, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was ready to send the milled rice to the Corporation, but the same was not lifted by the Corporation. He further submits that the petitioner is still ready to return the rice to the Corporation. Besides hearing learned counsel for the parties, I have examined the materials available on record. It appears that the State Exchequer has suffered loss of Rs. 63, 02, 234.51. In view of
