The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that on 12.09.2015 at 8.30 AM the petitioner and one Chandan Kumar snatched rupees one lakhs from the possession of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and for the occurrence of 12.09.2015 at 8.30 AM, the FIR was registered on the same day at 5.50 PM.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

No.14153 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No.360/2015, pending before the learned CJM, Begusarai. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
