The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 379/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.02.2018.
