05-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Keoti P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence, as alleged in the F.I.R.. There is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that informant has lodged this false case alleging therein that on the point of pistol, they took his thumb impression on plain paper. It is submitted that prior to

No.13298 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 lodging of present case, a proceeding under Sections 107 and 144 of the Cr.P.C. has been initiated by the petitioners against the informant and others, which is pending, and as such, petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - VIIth, Darbhanga in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019, subject to condition, as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
