ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner is the husband of opposite party no. 2. Earlier notices were issued to her so as to enable her to appear before this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing and ready to keep the informant as his legally wedded wife with full honour and dignity and undertakes that there shall be no recurrence of any untoward act so as to cause any mental torture.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and

No.7883 of 2015 (3) dt.27-04-2015 also the fact that the informant is also willing to go back to her matrimonial home so that her two children may lead a normal family life, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of three weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. However, it is made clear that if at all there is any recurrence of any untoward act so as to again cause disruption of family life, it will be open to the opposite party no. 2 to move this Court for appropriate orders.
