JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 417/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other named candidates had appeared in the physical test for selection on the post of constable. When they appeared for written examination their LTI differed. Hence, forgery was suspected.

Considering the nature of suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection
