Petitioner seeks bail in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.09 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 384, 386, 387, 120-B Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, there is specific allegation that Mukesh Pathak made demand of ransom from the informant on mobile. Name of the petitioner has surfaced in the written report merely on suspicion that during talk for delivery of ransom amount one Rinku Pathak disclosed name of this petitioner before the informant.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 05.012019 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.09 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
