The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2017 in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 140 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that actually he was arrested in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 141 of 2017 for allegedly possessing one live cartridge and thereafter, he has been remanded in connection with the present case. Till date, no T.I. Parade has been conducted and the informant of this case has already been examined, who has stated that he could not identify the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29978 of 2018 (2) dt.18-05-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J..-II, Danapur in connection with S.
