2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 109, 303(2)/3(5) and other allied sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the FIR, while the informant was fencing his share of land, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner came there and abused and assaulted the informant and his family members with farsa and also took away Rs.10,000/-.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is land dispute between the parties. Specific allegation of assault is against other accused person and petitioner is alleged to have abused informant and family members. There is case and counter case.
Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Mohammadpur Police Station Case No. 242 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
