2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 442 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5), 111(2)(b), 111(3) and 111(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita; Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8(c), 21(b) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. The recovery is of 31.81 grams of heroine from the petitioner no. 1 and 34.40 grams of heroine from the petitioner no. 2. One country made pistol has also been recovered from the petitioner no. 1.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 11.10.2025.

5. Considering the recovery of intermediate quantity of heroine and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani/ concerned Court in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 442 of 2025.

7. The petitioner no. 1 will mark attendance in Rahika Police Station District- Madhubani and petitioner no. 2 will mark attendance in Rajnagar Police Station, DistrictMadhubani on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
