JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.147 of 2017 disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per complaint petition is that the complainant and others have deposited money in D.J.N. group and companies on the assurance that they will be given 4 to 10% interest and after collecting the money the accused persons closed the office and misappropriate the amount. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is also one of the investors in the company and he has no any office bearers of the company. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
