The compromise on the basis whereof the judgement has been challenged is sought to be questioned on the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.57 of 2019(3) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 ground that, firstly, the applicant is not bound by any such compromise and, secondly, the said compromise cannot form the basis of an adjudication of the dispute.

Learned counsel for the applicant has advanced his submissions in the shape of re-hearing of the entire matter which is impermissible.
