JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-10-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents not to disturb the Barbigha Nagar Parishad PCC road situated at Hanuman Nagar, which leads to the house of the petitioner and other villagers, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Barbigha, has submitted by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case, that the petitioner has filed an affidavit stating therein that the matter has been amicably settled, the Nagar Parishad, Barbigha has left nine feet space for road and has then constructed the boundary wall,
Patna High Court CWJC No.6317 of 2020(3) dt.30-10-2024 2/2 thus he is having ample space for ingress and egress to his house.

In view of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondent-Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Barbigha, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities in case of any subsisting grievance.
