The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S.Case No. 265 of 2014 registered under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 379 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is case and counter case between the parties making same and similar allegation and also that the petitioner and the informant side are agnates and are closely related to each other with history of the land disputes, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21613 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S.Case No. 265/2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
