JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing lock-down on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to transfer the petitioner from the Primary Health Centre, Rahui to the Primary Health Centre, Islampur, considering the poor health of the petitioner as also taking into account the fact that the petitioner is going to retire in the month of December, 2020.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4382 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner be granted liberty to file a representation before the Civil surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Nalanda i.e. the respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 2 be directed to consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically, taking into account the fact that she is having poor health and is going to retire in the month of December, 2020.

Having regard to the shot prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the respondent no. 2 within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of, by considering the case of the petitioner sympathetically, by a reasoned and speaking order, within a period of four weeks of filing of such representation by the petitioner herein.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
