This application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

From the impugned order it seems that the wife committed suicide because of regular fighting with the husband. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that they have two children namely one son Satwik, aged about 4 years and one daughter Sadhwi aged about 1.5 years, both are staying with the petitioner (father) only. Case No. 21 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
