The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jehanabad SC/ST PS Case No. 05/2016 under Sections 341, 323, 384, 325, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The informant alleged that while he was going to school, the petitioner intercepted and assaulted him with lathi. The petitioner is also alleged to have snatched money from the pocket of the informant and abused him by naming his caste. It is submitted that the petitioner is also a teacher in the school and he objected supply of substandard materials in mid-day-meal scheme and, that is why, this false case has been lodged. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that both the petitioner and the informant are teachers and the case has been compromised, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Shukla, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in Jehanabad SC/ST P.S. Case No. 05/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
