JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 150 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per complaint petition is that the complainant and others have deposited money in D.J.N. group and companies on the assurance that they will be given 4 to 10% interest and after collecting the money the accused persons closed the office and fled away.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is also one of the investors in the company and he has no any office bearers of the said company. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Town P.S.
