The petitioner seeks bail in Dhanarua P.S. Case No.34 of 2016 registered under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 21.11.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the deceased took wine and some quarrel took place in which the deceased got injuries in his abdomen. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with a view to keep the petitioner in jail for some more time. The petitioner is in jail since 24.01.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year and nine months.

No.46630 of 2017 (3) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ-X, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.34 of 2016.
