JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 342/366/498/379/354B/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, co-accused Kamal Yadav asked the informant, who is already a married lady, to marry with him and forcibly took her even by committing assault against her. Allegation against the petitioner is that he is friend of Kamal Yadav and he was involved in conspiracy with Kamal Yadav.

Since the petitioner was not directly involved in the occurrence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26128 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 P2/ on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.92 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
