JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition in the course of the day. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 46601 of 2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge has been framed in this case and petitioner is in custody for more than one year. Further submission is that there is no eyewitness to the occurrence. Heard learned APP also.

In the facts and circumstance and considering period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31733 of 2018 (2) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 708 of 2017, arising out of Akbarpur P.S.Case No. 221 of 2014 with condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and with further condition that he will co-operate in disposal of trial.
