Show cause on behalf of the Zila Parishad, Saharsa has already been filed.
The writ application i.e. CWJC No. 16579 of 2014 of the petitioners was disposed of with a direction to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the order dated 06-09-2010 passed in CWJC No. 682 of 2010. CWJC No. 682 of 2010 was
Patna High Court MJC No.766 of 2019(4) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 disposed of with certain directions which was subject to SLP pending before the Apex Court. The Apex Court ultimately passed the final order dated 26-02-2016 (Vide Annexure-B) in Civil Appeal No. 673 of 2016. After disposal of the said SLP, nothing is left for this court to look into and hence no order need to be passed.
If so advised, the petitioners may file fresh writ application for redressal of their grievance. With the aforesaid observation, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
