JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2025 Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of this Court dated 12.09.2022 passed in CWJC No. 22262 of 2018 has already stood complied with and to buttress his stand, reference has been made to the supplementary show cause filed in the present case wherein it has been stated that the Circle Officer, Punpun has passed the final order dated 19.07.2024 under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land

Patna High Court MJC No.585 of 2023(7) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 Encroachment Act, 1956, whereafter the encroachment in question has also stood removed. It has been further submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that even today he has received telephonic instructions from the Circle Officer, Punpun that the encroachment in question has been removed.

2. This Court finds that neither there is any representation on the part of the petitioner nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed to rebut the aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, hence this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court has stood complied with.
