====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad Town P. S. Case No.421 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a/ 26 of the Arms Act. From bare perusal of the F.I.R., it would manifest that one country-made pistol and three cartridges of 7.65 M.M. were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2020 and he is a person with clean antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25759 of 2021(2) dt.18-11-2021 2/2 Learned A.P.P. vehemently opposes the bail prayer. Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town P. S. Case No.421 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
