The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. No incriminating / looted article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2021 and chargesheet has already been submitted.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is
