JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 As prayed, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of village of the petitioner in the cause title of this case in course of the day. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 (A) and 35 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 93 bottles of foreign liquor each containing 180 ml were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 06.06.2017. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the

No.36253 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, abovenamed is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
