The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, commanding the Respondents No.4 & 5 to remove the unauthorized encroachment from the road of the Respondent No.5 encroached by the private Respondents No.6 to 9 as they have built illegal construction due to which people at large have to face many kinds of problems in their day to day activities.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kudhni, District-Muzaffarpur and the Chairman District Board, Muzaffarpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
