JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 9.12.2017, seeks bail in Hasanpur PS Case No. 199 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1B)A and 26 of the Arms Act. Submission is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated regarding alleged recovery of one country made loaded pistol, moreover the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 9.12.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Kamalu Ram @ Kamal Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM III, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur PS Case No. 199 of 2017.
