The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Basantpur P.S. Case No.110 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the alleged recovery of liquor was made from the hut of Mosafir Ram and the same does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
