====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Section 30 (b) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016 and Section 3 of Bihar Mahua Flower Rule. It is contended that, as per allegation, 30 K.G. each of Mahua flower were recovered from the possession of the petitioner nos. 1 and 2, who were also in drunken state. It is urged that the petitioners are in custody since 18.06.2017. It is claimed that their antecedents are clean.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40611 of 2017(2) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 of Additional Sessions Judge, II, Banka in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 76/2017 with a condition that if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
