Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 27.03.2018 in Town ( Aurangabad) P.S. Case No.95 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 324, 435, 436, 307, 332, 333, 353, 360, 295A, 188, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act , has prayed for grant of bail on the ground that without any specific accusation, about 89 persons were named as accused and about 100 unknown persons have been made accused in the F.I.R.. He submits that on occasion of Ramnavami, in a procession, some

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, namely, Ashok Kumar Singh, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Town( Aurangabad ) P.S. Case No.95 of 2018.
