2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 8©, 21(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 95 bottles (total 9.5 liters) Codeine Syrup has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2024 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Banmankhi Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

8. This application stands allowed.
