JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned AC to AG-X appearing on behalf of the appellant-State submits that in view of the Notification No. 1544 dated 03.12.2014 issued by the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms (Land Acquisition Directorate), Government of Bihar, Patna, the appellant-State has decided not to prefer the appeal in the land acquisition matter upto the amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- and it was also decided to withdraw the appeal upto the amount of Rs. 3,00,000/-. The present First Appeal is valued at Rs. 1,11,472.50/-.

In such view of the matter, learned AC to AG X appearing on behalf of the appellant-State seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

Permission is accorded.
