Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Yogapatti PS Case No.375 of 2017, registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of elopement, which is reflected from the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she is major even in view of the medical report as the Medical Board finds her age in between 17 to 19 years.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Dablu Ansari @ Salim Mian is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26242 of 2018(2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti PS Case No.375 of 2017.
