2 Petitioner, respondent No 9 as well as others were candidates for selection as Angan Bari Sevika for Angan Bari Center Code 202, Parasada under Kaithahar Kala Gram Panchayat in the district of Buxar. Being the second empanelled candidate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6823 of 2015 dt.09-04-2019 2/2 petitioner assailed selection of respondent No 9 alleging that her claim was based on false and forged certificates, in support of her educational testimonials. Stand has been taken in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondents No 3 to 5 that the certificate in question has been sent to the appropriate Authority for verification but till date, the verification report has not been received. The writ petition was filed in the year, 2015. Stand, as taken note of herein above, was placed on record in the proceedings by way of an affidavit sworn in May, 2016. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, respondents have not concluded the process of verification of educational testimonials submitted by respondent No 9.

4 This Court, in these facts and circumstances, would direct respondent No 4 to take appropriate steps and take a final decision in the matter in accordance with law and after affording due opportunity to respondent N 9, within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 5 Writ petition stands disposed of.
