2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44458 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that owing to communication gap, the terms of order dated 19.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44458 of 2019 granting anticipatory bail could not be complied within the stipulated period as the petitioners had gone outside the State to Punjab for earning livelihood. A prayer has been made for modification of the said order by extending the time for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15320 of 2020(3) dt.04-09-2020 2/2 surrender and furnishing bail bonds.
4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.
5. For the reasons stated, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bonds by the petitioners before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 19.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44458 of 2019 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
6. The modification petition stands allowed.
