The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 10.09.2018 whereby cognizance under Section 406, 420 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code is taken against the petitioner in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017/ Tr. No. 6027 of 2018 and further to quash the entire Prosecution pending before the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sitamarh.

3. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 10.09.2018 in the year 2021 in this Court after an inordinate delay.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed
